This Very High Volume bag has a double Velcro Flap fastening system at the top to provide weather resistance and additional load security.
Complete with Removable Wall Inserts, Inner Stiffening Base Plate and Drag Tray Resistant to being dragged over concrete surfaces and gantries.
The polyester lifting sling, complying to EN1492-1 and CE marked, is secured in a 'basket hitch' through the fabric of the bag to provide industrial grade strength whilst supporting the load appropriately for formal lifting purposes.
This bag is rated at 1000kg SWL and comes with a wear sleeves option at the lifting point to accommodate different sizes of lifting hooks.

The PafBag Ring-Sling system allows full freedom of the Lifting Sling to take the strain without damaging the bag whilst providing excellent side wall strength across the seams and load security when lifting heavy loads.
A 6mm thick, HDPE base plate inside the bag helps to direct the forces onto the lifting sling whilst protecting the bag and sling from sharp contents. The two twin-skinned main walls are stiffened with 3mm thick plastic plates to add further protection and maintain the bag's shape when loading and lifting. These plastic sheets are removable to adjust the characteristics of the bag and allow compact stowage when empty. However this bag can also be folded withe plastic sheets inserted due to its size.
The two handles at each end enable the bag to be guided around obstacles, and manually handled by two persons.
In addition to the internal base plate, a 6mm thick, tough HDPE tray is bolted to the underside of the bag to provide excellent external wear in harsh environments.
This bag is supplied in two colours here (though other colours are available). The orange bag comes with high visibility reflective tape.
